- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to identify root causes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to optimize application behavior.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments for efficient code management.
- Understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP system functionality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
