The position demands continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system reliability and performance, often collaborating with different teams to address complex challenges and enhance system stability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to identify root causes of issues.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization within SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to support effective problem resolution.
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and their impact on application performance.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
