About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications supporting large-scale digital solutions within VOIS. The individual will work across backend, frontend, workflow automation, and database technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable products.
What you will do
- Build and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using Angular.
- Design and implement BPMN workflows and decision tables using Camunda.
- Create, optimise, and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Ensure data integrity, query optimisation, and application performance tuning.
- Integrate applications with APIs, third-party systems, and internal platforms.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, QA partners, and other collaborators to deliver secure and compliant solutions following organisational standards.
Who you are
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiar with BPMN workflow design, particularly in Camunda.
- Skilled in API integrations, CI/CD concepts, and container technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL practices, Agile methodologies such as JIRA, and ITSM Remedy processes.
- Holds a Bachelor of Technology degree or an equivalent qualification.
