As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support operational goals effectively and efficiently, continuously refining and adapting the software to evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SD and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
