Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous enhancement of the systems to support evolving business demands will be integral to your role. Your work will contribute to streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency through well-crafted application solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and updates to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Integration.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data flow within enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
