We are looking for an Android Developer with 3–5 years of mobile application development experience to build and maintain enterprise‑grade Android applications. The ideal candidate can work independently and own project requirements end‑to‑end, while adhering to enterprise standards for quality, security, and scalability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications for enterprise us
• Own features and deliverables end‑to‑end from requirements to production deployment
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and QA
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and coding standards
• Manage app builds, versioning, and releases on the Google Play Store
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement

Mandatory Technical Skills

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Android development
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design guidelines
Solid understanding of MVVM / MVP architecture patterns
REST API integration and JSON parsing
Production experience with Google Play Store deployment and release management
Proficient with Git and enterprise development workflows
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build systems
Familiarity with Firebase and enterprise monitoring tools
Knowledge of mobile security, compliance, and data protection standards
Experience with automated testing and quality frameworks
Behavioral and Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned modules or projects
Strong communication skills for cross‑functional enterprise teams
Structured problem‑solving and attention to detail
Accountability, reliability, and adherence to delivery timelines
