Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards using Qlik Sense as a primary platform, translating complex project and quality data into actionable insights
• Develop and extend BI dashboards, including semantic models and performance-optimized reports to complement or gradually replace existing BI solutions using ADL and DataBricks, experience with Vibe coding is a plus.
• Ensure dashboards support auditability, traceability, and compliance requirements, particularly in regulated environments

– Data Engineering & Integration

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SSIS and SQL, integrating data from multiple internal systems.
• Manage and query SQL Server databases, collaborating with central IT teams where required.
• Work with complex internal data sources such as Windchill
   

– AI & Intelligent Automation

• Design and implement AI agents or copilots to automate recurring PMO and reporting activities (e.g., data quality checks, anomaly detection, automated insights, narrative reporting).
• Apply generative AI and rule-based agents to support self-service analytics, user guidance, and dashboard explanation.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, data security, and validation in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Q&R, data scientists, IT, and security teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and explainable.
   

– Platform & Operations

• Use Git for version control and collaborate within enterprise development standards.
• Apply basic C# and scripting skills to transfer analytics solutions where required.
• Operate effectively in a lean setup, taking on multiple roles (Developer, Tester, Product Owner, Project Manager) when needed. 

- Quality & Process Alignment

• Ensure dashboards and data products are tested, validated, and released according to defined quality standards.
• Align analytics solutions with Design Control, Configuration Management, Design Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of PMO data transparency and reporting maturity.
   

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience with ADL and DataBricks (data modeling, scripting, dashboard design)
• Proven experience creating and maintaining data models
• Strong experience with SQL and relational data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SSIS or similar ETL frameworks
• Proven experience developing BI dashboards, including data models
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Git, Python and basic scripting C#

• Proven work with unstructured data, experience with Windchill is a plus
• Solid experience with Design Control, Configuration Management, Test Management, and Tool Validation processes
• Basic project management and daily management skills to operate independently in a small or virtual team

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
