We are looking for: Analytics Engineer & Service Manager for PLM You’ll make an impact by: Lead PLM and QM service operations, ensuring reliability, availability, and high user satisfaction. Manage incidents through triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and post-incident analysis to prevent recurrence. Monitor service performance, data pipeline health, and system availability to proactively address risks. Coordinate with IT and Data Engineering teams to keep infrastructure and pipelines stable and performant. Oversee maintenance, updates, patching, and tuning across Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft Fabric, and Mendix components. Translate user feedback and enhancement requests into actionable tasks and service roadmap inputs. Design and optimize data products, models, and pipelines for SCM, Procurement, PLM, and QM insights. Ensure data privacy, security, governance, quality, and Siemens internal IT guideline compliance. Use your skills to move the world forward! Total experiences is 10yrs, Bring 5 to 7+ years of experience across IT Service Management and/or Data Engineering for data-intensive applications. Apply ITSM processes including incident management, problem management, change management, and service monitoring. Build SQL-based data models and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, dbt, and cloud data warehousing. Use GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to improve data development, deployment, and version control. Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines, Snowflake databases, Microsoft Fabric, and Mendix frontends. Work with structured Engineering Data, including Parts, BOMs, Teamcenter, NX, material data, and QM principles.
