POSITION OVERVIEW:

Financial analyst will support the U.S.-based Sales Reporting team by executing key month-end/quarter end close reporting and forecasting activities.  There will also be a short-term focus on process improvement and documentation working with the US based team on overall optimization of reporting and forecasting processes.  This position can evolve based on development once onboarded.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle for sales results, including new business volumes and commission reporting.
• Compile, validate, and analyze sales and commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting outputs.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales forecasts through data updates and variance analysis.
• Perform reconciliations and quality checks across reporting datasets and reporting outputs.
• Maintain reporting templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation or process improvements.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis upon request.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or internship experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including functions such as pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Exposure to SQL or data warehouse environments is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
