What you’ll do

• Strong Working Knowledge in ERP Systems SAP/Oracle/SAP Analytics Cloud/Analysis for Office-preferably SAP/Analysis for office is required.
• Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau for creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Proficient skills level in Advance MS Excel knowledge (VBA coding/automation skills can be an added advantage).
• Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from websites or other digital sources, improving efficiency and availability.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights.
• Lead projects and act as point of contact for multiple sites/customers.
• Strong collaboration with Pune & onsite planning team on day-to-day basis to meet/exceed business expectations.
• Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.
• Collaborating with the different internal functions to understand the requirement.
• Develop & deploy functional improvement strategies by LEAN initiatives & implementing best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi-tasking approach to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
• Meets defined SLA and KPI’s on performance and quality in given TAT.
• Flexible to work in US shifts.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong system proficiency in both MS Office, SAP, SAP-Analysis for Office.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and learning ability skills.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving
• Self-driven, able to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Time / Priority Management, Presentation Skills
• Effective Collaboration & Cross-Cultural Teamwork
• Experience in working with global customers & suppliers.
