This is a fulltime position to be part of the OTC Team. Candidates with 11 + years experience in SAP Sales & Distribution are required


Key Responsibilities


Solution Design & Architecture
Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions tailored to business needs.
Integrate SD with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM.
Business Process Analysis
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Configuration & Customization
Configure SAP SD modules (sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.).
Customize functionalities using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points.
Project / Team Leadership
Lead SAP SD implementation or upgrade projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Team Mentorship
Guide junior consultants and provide training to end-users.Review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices.
Issue Resolution & Support
Handle escalated support tickets and critical issues.Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
 


Documentation & Compliance
Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test cases. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


·       SAP functional background


·       Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD.


·       Experience with Fiori apps, ABAP debugging, and integration tools.


·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


·       Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.


• Participates as a leading member to complete assigned development and improvement projects in a timely, quality manner


• Provides experienced services including defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems to meet client’s needs


• Ensures end-to-end implementation and realization of the use of a variety of IT solutions by working with staff, contractors, and vendors


• Establishes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction


• Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options


• Provides support & guidance to Analysts I/II in executing their responsibilities


• Oversees development, writing, and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions


• Creates & maintains various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions


• Lead engagements as a senior team member for solutions practice and ensures timely resolution of issues that arise from translation of requirements


• Reviews analysis of customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements


• Supports in review and approves test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk


• Maintains relations with stakeholders, inform them about problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectations

Experience & Educational Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
