Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst – GBS indirect Procurement in Chennai, India.

What a typical day looks like:

• with vendors for actual delivery status of material.

  
  

• Time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for Review.

  
  

• on Pull in, push out C Cancellation as per the Open Purchase Order Report and achieving the KPI Targets.

  
  

• Inventory to optimum level as per site requirement.

  
  

• with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for Purchase Order Changes.

  
  

• Supplier database.

  
  

• include Shortage / excess escalation management

  
  

• and follow through on urgent receive, past dues Management and resolving receiving challenges.

  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.com/BBA/Diploma holders)

  
  

• Shift : Night shift

  
  

• 0 to 2 Year (Procurement / Supply Chain)

  
  

• of computer software applications,

  
  

• Excel, Word C PowerPoint (Required)
