What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation
Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.
What are we looking for? • AI Governance Framework Development: Create policies for secure AI development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with standards like NIST AI RMF and ISO 27001.
• Agentic Risk & Security Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks unique to agents (autonomous actions, data privacy, adversarial threats). Implement runtime guardrails, prompt governance, and secure Agent-to-Agent (A2A) or Agent-to-Process (A2P) communication protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure AI initiatives comply with legal and ethical standards, translating regulations into technical controls.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of AI agents, maintaining a registry of deployments, and defining human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval thresholds. • Collaboration & Advisory: Work with engineering, product, and data science teams to embed "Secure-by-Design" principles.
• Incident Response & Monitoring: Develop AI-specific incident response plans and establish continuous monitoring for behavioral drift
Skills: • Experience: 7-10 years in IT security, with 3+ years specifically in [GenAI/Agentic AI governance](0.4.2, 0.4.16), risk management, or compliance.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen). Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM.
• Skills: Expertise in security auditing, threat modeling, and data privacy.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.
