Key Responsibilities



  • AI Agent Design & Deployment: Build, train, and deploy AI-driven agents and agentic workflows for task automation, reasoning, and orchestration using Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and automate high-value processes across departments (Salesforce, Finance, Customer service) to enhance productivity.
  • Integration & Development: Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP) with existing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Cloud Services) using Python, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting errors to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications



    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or a related field.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API interaction.
      • AI/ML: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
      • Automation Platforms: Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or Workflow Automation tools (Make.com, Zapier).
      • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure AI, or GCP.
    • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated capability to design systems that mimic human-like decision-making for complex tasks.
    • Communication: Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
    • Preferred Qualifications



      • Experience with agentic AI production and MLOps.
