Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for AI Assistants within IBM's Data Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI Assistants. This role involves delivering expert services to help clients maximize the value of their AI solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Deliver Expert Services: Provide world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of clients' AI Assistants, including watsonx Code Assistant, watsonx Code Assistant for Ansible, and other related solutions.
* Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to implement AI solutions, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the technology.
* Analyze Client Needs: Work with clients to analyze their AI needs and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
* Optimize AI Solutions: Apply expertise to optimize AI solutions, ensuring clients get the most value from their investments.
* Support Client Adoption: Support clients in adopting and using AI solutions, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Exposure to AI Assistants: Familiarity with AI Assistants, including watsonx Code Assistant, watsonx Code Assistant for Ansible, and other related solutions, is essential for this role. * Implementation Experience: Experience working with clients to implement AI solutions, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the technology.
* Technical Analysis: Exposure to analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in AI solutions.
* Solution Optimization: Experience applying expertise to optimize AI solutions, ensuring clients get the most value from their investments.
* Technical Support: Exposure to supporting clients in adopting and using AI solutions, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Familiarity with Additional AI Solutions: Exposure to Business Analytics Enterprise, Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, SPSS Modeler, Automation Decision Services, Blueworks Live, Business Automation Open Editions, Business Automation Workflow, Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Operational Decision Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and webMethods BPMS is beneficial for this role.
* Knowledge of AI Adoption: Understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with adopting AI solutions in various industries is advantageous.
