The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Frontend Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital customer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to make business needs a reality in a digital experience.

As an AEM Front End Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Translating Designs: Converting design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Front-End Development: Writing HTML, CSS3 (including SASS), and JavaScript that is tested and well-documented.
• Integration: Coordinating with front-end developers to integrate front-end deliverables with the AEM content management system (CMS). Knowledge of integration fundamentals with REST APIs.  Configuring tracking codes and analytics integrations.
• Ability to Release: Release frontend code changes from lower environments through to production.
• Enhancing Existing Systems: Running tests to evaluate software builds, debugging, and enhancing existing AEM systems.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, or government environment.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 3 years of development of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3 years of expertise in front-end frameworks, for example React.
• 3 years of experience with modern UX development and responsive design.
• 1 year of working with Adobe AEM and its components.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Skills include
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
