Job Summary
We are looking for a VRO (Value Realization Office) Consultant to support value framing, benefits modeling, and realization execution across Adobe-led digital, data, and marketing transformation programs, with increasing adoption of GenAI-enabled use cases. This role focuses on rigorous analysis, execution support, and enablement—helping scale VRO as a structured, repeatable capability within pursuits and delivery engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support early value discovery and deal shaping for Adobe-led pursuits and proposals.
• Develop and validate value hypotheses, benefits logic, KPIs, and baseline assumptions under guidance of VRO leads.
• Support creation of executive-ready value narratives, value trees, and benefits cases for proposals.
• Assist in defining value governance constructs during mobilization, including KPIs, ownership, and tracking approach.
• Execute value tracking, reporting, and health checks during delivery to identify leakage risks and realization gaps.
• Leverage GenAI-enabled analysis and tooling to accelerate value modeling, insights, and measurement.
• Contribute to development and refinement of VRO templates, playbooks, and accelerators.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, data, technology, and analytics delivery teams.
Professional & Technical Skills
• Strong foundation in business analysis, benefits modeling, KPI design, and basic financial reasoning.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, especially AEP, RT-CDP, Analytics, and Journey Optimizer.
• Understanding of generative and applied AI use cases in marketing, CX, analytics, and automation.
• Structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-stakeholder consulting environments.
Additional Information
• Experience supporting digital, data, martech, or platform transformation programs.
• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
• Ability to operate across pursuits, proposals, and active transformation programs.
