The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team is seeking an Account Manager to drive vendor growth on the Amazon Canada marketplace. In this high-impact role, you'll own the complete vendor recruitment lifecycle—from identifying promising leads to executing seamless onboarding experiences that set vendors up for success.
Your work directly influences marketplace selection, vendor satisfaction, and ultimately, the customer experience for millions of Canadian shoppers.
About the team
The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team identifies, recruits, and onboards new vendors to expand selection and enhance the shopping experience for Canadian customers. Our mission is to build a thriving vendor ecosystem by connecting the right brands and suppliers with Amazon's marketplace infrastructure.
We're a collaborative team that values initiative, customer empathy, and continuous improvement. As we scale Canada's marketplace presence, you'll contribute to evolving playbooks, share insights that shape product enhancements, and grow alongside teammates who are passionate about vendor success. Your work will directly impact how Canadian customers discover and access products while helping vendors unlock new growth opportunities.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
