We are seeking a skilled Access & Linux Operations professional to provide expert support across Linux operations and server security. This role focuses on ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable system performance while supporting day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and audit requirements within a complex enterprise environment.

• Provide operational and security support across Unix, Linux, Windows, SGD, LDAP, and Active Directory environments.
• Coordinate and deliver platform-specific operational and security activities end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex access and system-related user issues.
• Perform operating system hardening, security configuration, and compliance enforcement.
• Proactively identify, analyse, and remediate operating system–level vulnerabilities.
• Manage service operations, including incidents, service requests, and critical server support.
• Support audits and governance activities by producing and maintaining required evidence.
• Drive automation initiatives using Bash, Python, or ESA to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring ownership, follow-through, and timely delivery.

• An experienced Unix/Linux administrator with a strong understanding of access management and security compliance.
• Knowledgeable in Identity and Access Management, vulnerability management, and security tooling.
• Comfortable with scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Experienced in audit, compliance, and governance processes.
• A problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities.
