We are seeking a Mobile Security Engineering Analyst. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role for a technical expert with deep knowledge of mobile security. The core of this position is to serve as a subject matter expert for the integration and technical lifecycle of third-party mobile security products used within Citi.The ideal candidate is able to work independently, taking responsibility for technical vendor collaboration, security issue analysis, and providing expert guidance to internal teams. You will be joining a collaborative team of security professionals working together to secure our mobile landscape. You will use your deep security knowledge to ensure the products we use are secure, effective, and correctly implemented across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Vendor Collaboration: Act as a primary technical point of contact for mobile security vendors. Collaborate on product roadmaps and advocate for enhancements based on Citi's security needs and internal findings.
• Security Analysis and Remediation: Analyze and triage security findings related to vendor products. Work collaboratively with vendors and internal engineering teams to facilitate the remediation process and track issues to resolution.
• Deployment and Integration Support: Provide expert technical support for the deployment and integration of mobile security solutions. Ensure that products are configured correctly and adhere to Citi's technical and security standards.
• Internal Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert for internal application teams, providing them with guidance on how to best integrate and utilize the mobile security products. Contribute to defining best practices for their use.
• Independent Operation: Work autonomously on assigned tasks and initiatives, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Mobile Security Expertise: Deep and demonstrable understanding of the mobile security landscape, common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Mobile Top 10), and secure application architecture.
• Linux: Solid command-line skills and practical experience working in Linux environments.
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI): Strong knowledge of PKI and its core concepts, including digital certificates, certificate authorities, and the chain of trust as they apply to mobile security.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a security engineering role.
• Proven experience in technical collaboration with 3rd-party vendors to ensure their products meet or exceed corporate security profiles. Responsibilities include partnering on product enhancements, driving the resolution of security findings, and supporting secure deployment processes.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in native mobile development (iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin)
• Proven ability to work independently in a large, complex, and/or global environment.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

• Experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Professional information security certification (e.g. CISSP, GMOB, eMAPT, CMSE or any other relevant certificate).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
