Pinerium is seeking a highly organized and agile-focused Zoho Scrum Master to lead and facilitate the execution of Zoho implementation and product delivery projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring Agile practices are effectively applied across Zoho project teams, removing delivery blockers, improving team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with operational leadership, stakeholder coordination, and understanding of SaaS and Zoho-based delivery environments.
This role operates within Pinerium’s Zoho delivery structure alongside Product Owners, Developers, Implementation Specialists, Presales Consultants, and Project Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Management
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure project teams follow Agile methodologies and delivery best practices.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure delivery timelines are maintained.
- Identify blockers and work proactively to resolve operational or technical impediments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process.
Team Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate between Product Owners, Developers, Consultants, and Implementation teams.
- Ensure tasks, priorities, and sprint objectives are clearly communicated.
- Track team capacity, workload distribution, and execution efficiency.
- Maintain visibility into project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure proper alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
Project Operations & Reporting
- Maintain sprint boards, project tracking systems, and operational documentation.
- Prepare delivery reports, sprint summaries, and progress updates for management.
- Monitor delivery KPIs including velocity, sprint completion, issue resolution, and resource utilization.
- Support process standardization across Zoho implementation projects.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and project stakeholders.
- Communicate delivery risks, delays, and dependencies proactively.
- Support client-facing project discussions when needed alongside Project Leaders or Product Owners.
- Ensure smooth handovers between Presales, Delivery, and Support teams.
Process Improvement & Quality
- Promote Agile culture and accountability within the team.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
- Support quality assurance and proper sprint closure practices.
- Encourage transparency, ownership, and collaboration across delivery teams.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile coordination, project coordination, or SaaS delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or Zoho implementation projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho WorkDrive, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
