Video Editor & AI Artist Specialist Position: Video Editor & AI Artist Specialist Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo – Egypt Type: Full-Time Company: Rosalte (FMCG – International Trade & Distribution) About Rosalte Rosalte is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution across wholesale, retail, and international markets.
Role Objective We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & AI Artist Specialist to produce high-quality visual and video content that supports branding, product marketing, advertising campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong video editing skills with AI-powered creative capabilities to develop engaging, modern, and high-performing content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities Video Editing * Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads) * Edit corporate videos (company intro, warehouse, operations, interviews) * Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations * Repurpose long-form content into multiple engaging formats * Optimize video exports per platform (aspect ratio, duration, performance) * Enhance video quality, pacing, and storytelling for higher engagement AI Creative & Visual Production * Create AI-generated visuals, concepts, and marketing assets using AI tools * Generate AI-assisted product scenes, advertising concepts, and creative visuals * Utilize AI platforms for image enhancement, background generation, and creative ideation * Support marketing campaigns with AI-generated creative content * Stay updated with emerging AI creative trends and tools Creative Support * Assist in storyboard development and creative direction for shoots * Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual and video content * Suggest creative enhancements to improve campaign performance * Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaign execution Required Skills * Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro * Basic to intermediate motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred) * Experience using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or similar) * Strong understanding of platform-based content optimization * Knowledge of performance-focused video editing * Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects - Social Insurance - Medical Insurance * 3+ years of experience in video editing and creative production * Strong portfolio of short-form, commercial, and corporate videos * Experience in product-based businesses or FMCG industry is preferred * Experience with AI-generated creative workflows is a plus * Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Working Conditions * Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays * Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
