Role Overview:
As a & Therapy Planner, you will be at the heart of the guest journey—providing a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will handle guest check-in, therapy scheduling, and reservation coordination, and be a key liaison between guests and the wellness team. Your attentiveness and positive energy will help ensure each guest’s stay is personalized, stress-free, and aligned with their wellness goals.
· High school graduate; diploma/degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or wellness service roles.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
· Emotionally intelligent and able to understand and anticipate guest needs.
· Adaptable, organized, patient, honest, and a team player.
· Quick learner, proactive, and able to work under changing circumstances.
