• Technical Application Engineer
Responsibilities: ◻️
📌 Deal with current customers and respond to all enquiries/complaints via phone calls/e-mails/website / customer-client visits efficiently and effectively in line with established policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer-client loyalty.
📌 Update CRM & ERP system with customer, Calendar, and scheduled customer visits, delivery, collection, and services.
📌 Interact with senior sales engineers and sales supervisors, keeping them informed of relevant enquiries and providing back-up and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of sales operations
📌 Liaise with proposals, design, and operations departments to prioritize efforts and improve customer service, consistent with overall organizational goals and the strategy’s objective.
Requirements: ◻️
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, or Science
• 1-3 years in chemical/ environment Service/application engineer position
• Possess strong knowledge of Water Treatment applications and process engineering.
• A Driving License is mandatory
