 Whatwillyoudo?

•         Develop and implement effective merchandising plans that align with company objectives and market trends. 
•         Identify and select products based on market demand, sales data, and consumer preferences. 
•         Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. 
•         Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover and reduce overstock or stockouts. 
•         Analyze sales data to evaluate the performance of merchandise and identify areas for improvement. 
•         Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales. 
•         Collaborate with sales, marketing, and store operations teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business goals. 
•         Manage merchandising budgets to achieve cost-effectiveness and profitability targets. 
•         Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly. 
•         Provide guidance and training to junior staff and store teams on merchandising standards and techniques.
