Private Health Insurance Training & Development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
