Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Finance to align sourcing activities with company requirements.
Lead risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the sourcing process.
Prepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor development.
Strong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract development skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make strategic sourcing decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
Fluency in English is required.
