Today, we are recruiting for a Site Document Controller to join our team in Egypt. Control, register, distribute, and archive project documentation in accordance with project procedures. Maintain document registers and ensure accurate tracking, revision control, and timely distribution of project documents. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals, and document submissions. Ensure only the latest approved drawings, specifications, and technical documents are available for site use. Coordinate document requirements with Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Quality, HSE, and Customer teams. Monitor document workflows, ensuring timely submission, review, approval, and close-out. Support project handover by maintaining complete As-Built documentation and final documentation packages. Prepare document status reports and ensure compliance with project procedures and customer requirements. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction, infrastructure, railway, transportation, or industrial projects. Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, Teamcenter, SharePoint, EDMS, or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. Good understanding of document control processes, revision control, and engineering documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multidisciplinary project environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management principles is considered an advantage.
