This role is designed for experienced real estate professionals who can confidently manage clients, navigate complex transactions, and drive consistent revenue performance in a fast-paced market.
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium client experience, identifying investment opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the full sales cycle.
What You’ll Be Doing Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads while maintaining high conversion rates across the sales funnel Provide strategic property investment consultations tailored to clients’ financial goals, lifestyle needs, and risk appetite Develop deep market expertise across key developers, projects, payment plans, and emerging real estate trends Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from lead qualification and property matching to negotiations, contracting, and closing Conduct professional property presentations and site visits while delivering a premium customer experience Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasting through CRM tools Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and developer partners to ensure smooth transaction execution Negotiate effectively while balancing client satisfaction and business objectives Build long-term client relationships to maximize referrals, repeat business, and portfolio expansion opportunities Stay consistently informed on market movements, competitor activities, and investment opportunities within the real estate sector Support and share best practices with junior consultants when needed, contributing to overall team performance Why join Nawy?
