Position Title: Senior OTC accountant

Role Description:

The Senior OTC Accountant manages the accounts receivable function across all Group entities, with primary focus on UAE operations. The role supports the AR Manager in day-to-day AR activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong internal controls across the Group.

• Support the OTC Manager in day-to-day accounts receivable operations across the UAE and all Group entities.

  
  

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all Group entities.

  
  

• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging report and proactively follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely collections.

  
  

• Perform cash application and reconcile customer payments against outstanding invoices on a timely basis.

  
  

• Prepare and maintain AR reconciliations, customer account statements, and related schedules aligned with the general ledger and trial balance.

  
  

• Support the month-end close process by preparing AR-related journal entries, accruals, and financial reports.

  
  

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards, ensure all documentation is complete and properly maintained.

  
  

• Support in the timely preparation and submission of tax and audit supporting schedules as required across all Group entities.

  
  

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the AR function across the Group.

  
  

• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed by the OTC Manager and Finance leadership.
