GuruHits is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle SCM Consultant (EBS & Fusion) (4–6 years of experience) to support supply chain implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation projects across multiple clients and industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering Oracle SCM solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful project execution aligned with client requirements.
- Social Insurance - Medical Coverage - Hybrid Work Model - Travel Opportunities - Semi-annual Bonuses - 4–6 years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion) - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing) - Good experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules - Solid understanding of supply chain processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning, Manufacturing) - Experience in full lifecycle implementations (CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Support) - Experience in integrations between Oracle systems and external applications - Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is a plus - Experience working with functional and technical teams - Strong client-facing and communication skills Key Responsibilities - Support Oracle SCM implementations and enhancement projects (EBS & Fusion) - Analyze business requirements and assist in solution design and gap analysis - Participate in process mapping and functional workshops with clients - Configure Oracle SCM modules and support testing cycles (CRP, UAT, SIT) - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations - Support end users during UAT and post go-live (hypercare phase) - Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides - Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project scope
