About the Role Sokna is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy in a 0→1 environment.
This role is pivotal in building our brand identity, defining market positioning, and driving early-stage growth.
You will translate business objectives into a clear market presence, establish marketing foundations, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities Define and lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.
Establish marketing infrastructure, processes, and performance tracking systems.

Experience in 0→1 environments (launching products, brands, or business lines).

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Very good command of English (written & spoken).
