Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you willbe responsible forcreating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our brand aesthetics and effectively communicate our messaging to our target audience. This role requiresa high levelof creativity, attention to detail, andproficiencyin graphic design software.

• Create visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media ads, email campaigns, and website graphics to create eye-catching visuals that effectively convey the intended message to the target audience.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements andobjectivesto create designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
  
• Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and specifications.
  

• Develop and design engaging visuals for digital marketing channels, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and other online assets to enhance online presence and engagement, driving brand awareness and customer interaction.
  

• Work closely with copywriters, marketing specialists, and other teams to ensure visuals complement and support each campaign's message and goals.
  

• Create andmaintaina library of design assets, templates, and graphics for reuse across various marketing projects and channels to streamline workflow efficiency andmaintainbrand consistency across all marketing materials.
  

• Provide creative input and ideas for brainstorming sessions, concept development, and collaboration with the marketing team on new projects tocreate effective and innovative marketing strategies and projects.
  

• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to improve continuously and innovate design work.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  

•  3 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolioshowcasingcreative and effective design solutions.
  

• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  

• ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  

• Detail oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
