What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Event Coordinator, your role is to manage and execute the activation side within events:
Plan and execute digital activations within events 📋
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams 🤝
Handle logistics, setup, and on-ground operations 📍
Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot during activations ⚡
Work closely with creative & tech teams to deliver the experience 🎨
Manage multiple activations/projects simultaneously 🔄
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who understands events — and can operate inside them.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in events (Mandatory)
Proven experience working on real events (execution & operations) 🎉
Strong coordination & communication skills 🗣️
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems on the spot ⚡
Experience dealing with vendors, logistics, and on-ground setups
High sense of ownership and responsibility 💼
Tools you’ll be using
