Key Responsibilities

Translate senior stakeholders' and architects' visions into AI/ML strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with enterprise, application, data, and DevOps architects, as well as data scientists, MLOps/GenAI engineers, and business teams, to pilot use cases and refine architectural designs.
Select the right technologies—whether open-source or commercial—ensuring compatibility with deployment models and existing tools.
Drive the successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications using agile methodologies.
Partner with security and risk teams to anticipate and address risks, ensuring ethical AI practices and compliance with regulations.
Assist project teams with technical reviews and approvals, ensuring AI solutions meet privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Build strong client relationships, contribute to proposals, and support project success.
Lead diverse teams in an inclusive culture where everyone’s contributions are valued.
Mentor junior team members through on-the-job training and structured development programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and architecture-related disciplines.
  • Strong foundation in data science concepts and AI/ML architecture.
  • Proven experience implementing cloud-based AI/ML workloads using platforms such as Google PaLM, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Services, AzureML, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake (SnowPark, Cortex), and DataRobot.
  • Expertise in architecting scalable, high-performing, and cost-optimized AI/ML solutions leveraging serverless technologies, containerized/Kubernetes deployments, and GPU compute infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and hosting large foundational models, including generative AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in LLM architecture (e.g., Transformer, GANs, VAEs), fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context embedding, vector databases, and semantic search tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices to deliver robust AI/ML model life-cycles, including training, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs for serving ML models.
  • Ability to design end-to-end AI/ML solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
  • Experience working in an architecture function and presenting designs to stakeholders, including Technical Design Authorities or Architecture Boards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to guide and coach teams, facilitate technical programs, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and productive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activities, such as responding to RFI/RFPs and creating high-quality proposal materials.
  • Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Distinctive thinking, deep expertise, and collaborative working.
