Responsibilities
* Review architectural and civil plans and prepare quantity needs.

* Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.

* Prepares architectural and civil specifications and bill of quantities for projects.

* perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs.

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a senior civil engineering role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.

* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
