Responsibilities: · Conduct requirements analysis and business process modeling and prepare Agile artifacts and documentation by gathering and validating stakeholder requirements and securing client sign-off to ensure clear scope, alignment, and client satisfaction.
· Handle day-to-day change requests in relation to project plans, by ensuring agreed deadlines are met to maintain project timelines and minimize disruptions.
· Evaluate risks relatedan to new developments and applications by designing and executing test scenarios and test scripts, to ensure all applications meet user requirements and reduce post-launch issues.
· Engage in planning and project meetings in the early stages of application development by ensuring the client’s business requirements are thoroughly represented to ensure successful project delivery.
