TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in an experienced, Senior Accountant, working in our office in Cairo.
Job Purpose: As a senior accountant, your primary purpose will be to support the Finance department in various daily operations. By applying your foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Key Responsibilities
-Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting and reporting standards.
-Handle accounting issues independently and propose corrective or improvement actions.
-Supervise daily accounting activities and review outputs for accuracy and compliance.
-Support process improvement initiatives, including automation and ERP utilization.
-Prepare clear financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
-Mentor and guide junior accountants and follow up on assigned tasks.
Required Technical & Professional Skills
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audit requirements.
-Advanced hands-on experience with ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
-Experience with automation tools, dashboards, or workflow optimization is a strong plus.
-Ability to identify problems and proactively suggest solutions.

-Ability to explain financial matters to non-financial stakeholders.
-Leadership mindset with hands-on supervisory capability.
-Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Experience & Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
-Prior experience supervising junior staff is required.
