As an SAP Finance Associate Manager at Accenture, you willbe responsible foranalyzing organizational processes and designing systems to meet business needs. This includes assessing the current business model,identifyingcustomer requirements, and defining future-state business solutions that integrate seamlessly with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead and manage teams to perform effectively, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advancedproficiencyin SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger is essential, with recommendedexpertisein SAP FI CO Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational processes and design systems to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology and business goals.

  
  
  

• Assess the current state,identifycustomer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solutions.

  
  
  

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  
  
  

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Develop detailed documentation to support process design and system integration.

  
  
  

• Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide insights for informed decision-making.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensurethe successfulimplementation of solutions.

  
  
  

• Lead and manage teams to perform effectively, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key organizational decisions.

  
  
  

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
