Job Summary

Kolaly Technology is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in IT sales, specifically within the systems integration industry. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

o  Identify and develop new business opportunities with a focus on IT systems integration solutions.

o  Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

o  Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing any issues or needs promptly.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Information Technology,  Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in IT sales, networking, or project management are a plus.
  • Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales or account management within the IT or systems integration industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment with an existing customer base.
  • Technical and Professional Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable sales strategies.
