Quantity Survey Engineer

The Quantity Survey Engineer at Nawy Real Estate will play a crucial role in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects at various stages of development.
• Conduct feasibility studies to analyze project budgets and cost implications.
• Monitor project spending and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to project managers.
• Compile and maintain project cost reports, analyzing variances and providing insights for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to evaluate project specifications and material needs.
• Manage procurement processes, including preparing and analyzing tender documents and evaluating bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Assist in resolving disputes and claims related to project costs and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
• Provide support during the final accounting and settlement process at the project completion stage.
