Quality Assurance Engineer

Based in downtown Cairo at the Greek Campus, you will play a key role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards.
Your work will contribute to our mission of integrating cash-based workers into the mainstream financial system while enhancing user satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on feature specifications and user stories.
Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve software quality throughout the development process.
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure robustness, performance, and reliability of applications.
Review and analyze system specifications, as well as conduct peer reviews of testing documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing practices and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.
g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software.
