Today, we are recruiting for a Project Management Working Student to join our Rolling Stock team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility. What are my responsibilities? Support the Rolling Stock department in maintaining and improving project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards. Assist in the development and optimization of document management processes and repositories. Build and support process improvements and automated solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, and data handling. Contribute to the creation of dashboards, templates, and automated reports to enhance project transparency and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital or automation solutions. What do I need to qualify for this job? Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in Engineering or a related field at a reputable university. Fluency in written and spoken English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely, while taking ownership of tasks and initiatives.
