Project Engineer | HV & EHV Substations | Saudi Arabia

As a Project Engineer – HV & EHV Substation Projects, you will be responsible for Support execution of EHV/HV substation projects by assisting in planning, coordination, site monitoring, technical review, reporting, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and HSE standards.

• Support execution of EHV & HV substation construction projects
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Coordinate between site teams, contractors, and engineering departments
• Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
• Support in resolving technical issues during project execution
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards on site
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates
• Follow up on material delivery, resources, and site requirements
• Assist in project documentation, approvals, and handover processes

• 5–7 years of experience in EHV & HV substation projects (construction & execution)
• Experience working on site and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred
• Knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) is preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
