About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Process & Automation Specialist to analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You’ll act as both a consultant and builder - mapping business processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.
com , APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude .
The role will span core functions including sales workflows, fulfilment processes, and internal operations , with a focus on reducing repetitive tasks, improving system reliability, and creating scalable processes that support growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating measurable impact through automation.
