Lead- Asset & Liability Management

Job Purpose

To lead Asset & Liability Management in Egypt, ensuring optimal balance sheet structure, liquidity resilience and interest rate risk positioning aligned with Group strategy, regulatory expectations and country growth objectives.

Key Results Areas

• Lead liquidity and funding strategy execution.
• Oversee IRRBB management and ALCO governance.
• Ensure compliance with CBE liquidity and prudential requirements.
• Optimize funding mix, tenor profile and balance sheet deployment.
• Lead ALCO reporting, scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Group ALM, Finance and Risk.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Senior Treasury professional with extensive experience in Asset & Liability Management, balance sheet optimization, liquidity and interest rate risk management.
• Strong expertise in ALM frameworks including FTP, IRRBB, liquidity stress testing, ICAAP, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven leadership in ALCO governance, policy formulation, and strategic balance sheet decision‑making.
• Solid track record working with senior management, regulators, and cross‑functional teams across Treasury, Risk, and Finance.
