Junior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO team. In this role, you will support the execution of SEO strategies across real client projects from day one, while receiving guidance and mentorship from senior team members. • Execute SEO strategies for client websites under senior team supervision
• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve search rankings
• Optimize on-page SEO elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)
• Support the implementation of technical SEO basics (indexing, crawling, site structure)
• Manage and publish content on WordPress following SEO best practices
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
• Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush for analysis and reporting
• Assist in preparing performance reports and identifying optimization opportunities
• Follow internal processes, guidelines, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance SEO performance

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency, freelance, or personal projects)
• Solid understanding of:
  • On-Page SEO
  • Technical SEO basics
  • Keyword research
• Experience working with WordPress (publishing, formatting, basic troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
• Experience using at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs or SEMrush)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Good written communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Experience using crawling tools such as Screaming Frog
• Basic understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile
• SEO certifications (Google, SEMrush Academy, HubSpot, etc.)
• Previous exposure to client reporting or content brief creation

• Proactive and takes initiative without constant supervision
• Curious about how search engines work—not just what to do
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Strong willingness to learn and grow into a mid-level or senior SEO role
