Junior Accountant

The Junior Accountant is responsible for managing the organization’s accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintaining proper financial records, and financial closing activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
2. Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt through payment processing.
3. Maintain well-organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
4. Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns related to accounts payable, including VAT and withholding taxes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Support monthly and year-end closing activities by providing required documentation and performing reconciliations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
