· Greet guests warmly and provide information about the drinks and supplements served.
· Prepare a variety of wellness drinks according to specific recipes and guest programs.
· Monitor inventory levels of juice ingredients and bar supplies; report when stocks are low.
· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized juice bar at all times.
· Coordinate with the wellness and F&B teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
· Operate and maintain juicing equipment safely and efficiently.
· Track and record juicing activities on daily control forms.
· Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
· Support and guide guests in relaxation areas using wellness equipment (e.g., Cryo Sauna, TurboSonic, Salt Room) as needed.
· Learn and apply wheatgrass cultivation and juicing processes.
· Respect shift hours and ensure smooth handovers through verbal and written communication.
· Report guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
· Adhere to sustainability practices and contribute to eco-friendly initiatives.
· Participate in regular departmental training and ISO quality programs.
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and management
Education & Experience
· Minimum primary school graduate.
· At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage or juice bar service, preferably in wellness or hospitality environments.
Skills & Attributes
· Fluent in English (spoken and written).
· Service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Clean, well-groomed, and mindful of presentation.
· Friendly, calm, empathetic, and professional.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Basic understanding of guest psychology and wellness needs is a plus
