This role will provide valuable exposure to third‑party vendor lifecycle management while working closely with cross‑functional teams in a professional and dynamic environment.

Managing third‑party vendor lifecycle.

• Prepare new Work Orders for IQVIA‑qualified vendors
• Follow up on the vendor qualification process
• Assist with the issuance of Master Service Agreements for vendors once the qualification process is completed
• Verify vendor invoices as needed
• Raise invoice requisitions in the IQVIA system
• Assist with procurement requests
• Communicate with IQVIA‑qualified vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree
• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment in English and Arabic
• Evidence of effective problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills
• Proficiency aligned with the desired role placement
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
